Our company’s owners are loggers and log truckers, and our agency was founded in 2005 for the express purpose of specializing in logging insurance. The lines of insurance needed by a logger, log trucker, log road builder, or other forest products contractor can vary, but generally include:

• General liability with loggers broad form – We have multiple options and long-established relationships with the insurers who offer this.

• Equipment – Let’s face it, fires and rollovers can happen. Don’t leave hundreds of thousands of dollars just sitting in the woods unprotected.
• Excess Liability – Some mills and landowners require higher liability limits, plus having excess liability over your general liability and auto liability is usually a good idea. Luckily, this is one of the cheapest types of insurance you’ll buy.
• Property – Shops, storage yards, offices, and everything in them that stays on site needs property insurance if you want a check instead of a hole in your pocket after a loss.
