Kristin’s career in insurance claims began as a multi-line adjuster for two major national carriers, spending seven years with State Farm and ten with Nationwide. Kristin then joined a third-party administration firm and managed premise liability claims for a large, self-insured retailer. She later transitioned to the insurance agency side of the industry, working as a claim advocate for her agency’s largest clients and on their most complex claims. Kristin has extensive experience handling a wide array of claim types, including heavily-litigated professional liability and employment practices claims.
Kristin brings over 25 years of experience in claims handling and client advocacy to her role with Associated Insurance Services. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University.
