Heather was born and raised in Casper, Wyoming and obtained her associates degree from Casper College. In the fall of 2014, Heather and her family relocated to Boise. Heather completed her bachelor’s degree in Communication from Boise State University in the spring of 2018. One of Heather’s favorite features of the Treasure Valley is the welcoming, family-friendly community. In her free time, she enjoys hiking in the foothills and skiing with her husband and two boys.
