Clint enjoys getting to know how his clients’ businesses truly operate and helping them make informed decisions that stand the test of time. He works primarily with companies generating $5M or more in revenue, taking a practical, relationship-driven approach to risk management, loss prevention, and insurance placement. Over the course of his career, Clint has worked alongside construction firms, manufacturers, technology companies, multifamily property owners, and commercial real estate investors helping them navigate challenges ranging from complex development and new construction risks to product liability, fleet exposures, workers’ compensation, and broader compliance issues. His work is grounded in sound risk-management fundamentals, shaped by years of experience in underwriting, brokerage, and hands-on advisory roles. Clint joined Associated Insurance in 2010 after working on both the carrier side as a commercial underwriter and the agency side of the business.
Clint stays engaged in the industry by serving on the Beyond Insurance Global Network (BIGN) Advisory Board and as Government Affairs Chair for the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of Idaho, where he has also served as Past President. Along the way, he’s been grateful for a few nods of recognition, including IIABI’s Agent of the Year and Young Agent of the Year, as well as being named an Idaho Business Review Accomplished Under 40 recipient.
Outside of work, Clint gives back as a board member of Drug Free Idaho and H2O. Each fall, you’ll also find him on the field working as a football coach at Victory Middle School, where he enjoys investing in young people and reinforcing lessons around effort, accountability, and teamwork. Most of all, Clint values time with his wife and family while traveling together, enjoying concerts, attending local events with friends, and supporting their three kids as they move into new seasons of life.
