Clint enjoys understanding how his clients’ businesses actually operate and helping them make informed decisions that support long-term success. He works primarily with privately held businesses, real estate organizations, and contractors with complex risk profiles, taking a practical, relationship-driven approach to risk management, loss prevention and insurance strategy.
Throughout his career, Clint has worked with construction firms, manufacturers, technology companies, multifamily property owners and commercial real estate investors, helping them navigate challenges ranging from complex development and construction projects to product liability, fleet exposures, workers’ compensation, contractual risk transfer and regulatory compliance. His perspective is shaped by experience on both the carrier and agency sides of the industry, as well as years spent advising business owners on managing risk beyond the insurance transaction. Clint joined Associated Insurance in 2010 after working as both a commercial underwriter and agency professional.
Clint has remained active in the insurance industry and business community through leadership and volunteer service. He previously served on the Beyond Insurance Global Network (BIGN) Advisory Board and as Government Affairs Chair for the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of Idaho, where he also served as President. He has been honored as IIABI’s Agent of the Year and Young Agent of the Year and was recognized by Idaho Business Review as an Accomplished Under 40 professional.
Outside of work, Clint has served on the boards of area nonprofits, including Drug Free Idaho, Exchange Club, H2O and others. He has also spent many years coaching youth athletics, helping young people develop confidence, accountability, discipline and teamwork. Most of all, Clint values time with his wife, family and friends, whether traveling, attending concerts and community events, or supporting their three children as they pursue new opportunities and life milestones.
