Maddie manages our employee benefits department from our Boise office. Originally from California, she attended Boise State University and earned her bachelor’s degree in Health Science with an emphasis in Business Administration. Maddie began her career in a health clinic as an assistant manager before transitioning into the benefits world, spending five years with Marsh McLennan before joining Associated in 2024. She’s passionate about supporting individuals and employers and helping them navigate the often confusing world of health insurance with clarity and confidence. In her spare time, she loves being outdoors, whether she’s camping or spending time in the mountains.
