Emily manages the agency’s business operations, branding, management systems, human resources, and more. She began her career with Associated Insurance in 2012 as an account manager, later worked as a producer, then assumed her current role in 2015. Emily interned with reinsurance broker Aon Benfield in San Francisco in 2007, and worked for five years at Sun Valley Resort in risk management, human resources, and the general manager’s office. Emily earned her bachelor’s in Finance from Washington State University in 2007 and her Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 2014. She served as Chair of the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of Idaho’s Young Agents committee from 2014-2017. In her free time, Emily loves going to movies and plays, listening to books and podcasts, and taking walks with her two small kids.
