Emily oversees the agency’s business operations, management systems, compliance, human resources, finance, and more. She began her career with Associated Insurance in 2012, learning from the ground up, through service, sales, and making her way into operations as the company grew and needed additional support. She assumed the role of Operations Manager in 2015, and Director of Operations in 2020. Before joining Associated, Emily’s early career began in risk management on the slopes of Sun Valley Resort in Central Idaho. She earned a bachelor’s in finance from Washington State University in 2007, a Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 2014, and a Trusted Risk Advisor certification in 2024. She served as Chair of the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of Idaho’s Young Agents committee from 2014-2017. In her free time, Emily loves reading, podcasts, volunteering, being in the mountains, woods, or on a river.
