Clint Paskewitz and Bryan Graham Receive Prestigious CRA Designation

Clint Paskewitz Bryan Graham

Boise, IdahoMay 13, 2021 – Associated Insurance Services, an Idaho-based independent insurance and risk management firm, announced today that Clint Paskewitz and Bryan Graham have been awarded the Certified Risk Architect® (CRA) designation by Beyond Insurance. A Certified Risk Architect is a highly trained professional insurance broker who is diagnostic, results-oriented, and focused on managing and mitigating risks rather than transaction-based selling. Paskewitz and Graham are the first to earn CRA designations in Idaho.

“We are very proud of Clint and Bryan for their commitment to continuous improvement and professionalism in risk management. They earned the CRA designation because they go above and beyond to meet our clients’ needs and reduce their risk exposures,” said Emily Koleno, CIC, Director of Operations and an Agency Principal. “The training and skill application practiced by Clint and Bryan will benefit our clients in so many ways, starting fundamentally with lowering their cost of risk and establishing safer workplaces for their teams.”

The CRA program features a rigorous risk management training curriculum designed to teach participants to conduct risk management audits, identify specific exposures, design, and build comprehensive risk reduction plans using real-world scenarios. CRA designees learn to continuously monitor and update clients’ plans based on changing needs, new operations, and constantly evolving marketplaces and technologies.

Exclusive to members of the Beyond Insurance Global Network, the CRA professional designation consists of a 12-month program to train and certify select industry professionals in the Beyond Insurance® process. To maintain the designation, annually, a CRA must be re-certified as a practitioner of the program by submitting evidence of strategies, systems, and tools used to consult, diagnose, and treat risk.

Scott Addis, CPCU, CRA, President and CEO of Beyond Insurance, said, “Clint and Bryan are positioning themselves to effectively deliver enterprise risk management solutions to their clients. I am confident that both their prized clients and carriers will receive significant value from the innovation, education, and leadership that Certified Risk Architects bring to the industry.”

Clint Paskewitz joined Associated Insurance Services in 2010 and currently works as Commercial Risk Director and an Agency Principal. He holds a degree in insurance from Minnesota Technical College. Paskewitz serves as Chairman of the Legislative Affairs Committee of the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of Idaho, as well as sits on the Continuing Education Committee for the Idaho Department of Insurance and the Safety Committee of the Idaho Associated General Contractors.

Bryan Graham joined Associated Insurance Services in 2006 and currently works as Forest Products Director and an Agency Principal. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Boise State University. Graham is a frequent presenter on risk and insurance at logging, log hauling, and forest products industry meetings.
