Joyce assists Kelly Madison as the manager of our employee benefits accounts. Joyce got her start in the insurance industry with Blue Cross of Idaho, gaining expertise in claims processing and benefits contracts. In 2002, she transitioned to the agency side of the insurance business. Joyce has worked with health insurance brokers for nearly two decades and has vast and varied experience. Joyce also has a great reputation with carriers and vendors and loves building relationships with her clients. Service is her top priority, with focuses on accountability and integrity. Outside of the office Joyce enjoys gardening, kayaking, fishing, camping, reading and crocheting. She also spends lots of time with her pup, Tedford Elvis Bear, daughters, and grandchildren.
