Becky Carlson has been an excellent partner to our business. She and the others I have worked with in her office have been professional and extremely responsive. I “found” her through an online referral service (you put in your contact information, basic needs and roll the dice) and I was fortunate enough to have her be the one who contacted me. She wasn’t overly aggressive in pursuit of our business when I didn’t reply back right away, which is always a turn off to a truly busy person. She was able to save me a ton of money on our insurance, and was there when there were a few snags in the transition, making everything right.
